We offer full livery for all equestrian disciplines for those that just enjoy hacking on the open moorland and woodland of the New Forest to the serious competitor.
All of the horses at Hern Gate Farm are treated as individuals, with their personal needs met. We pride ourselves on offering a personal service that will suit both you and your horse. Please contact us to ask about additional services not mentioned, we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Basic Package
- Exclusive use of stable
- Daily turnout in small social groups
- Full muck out, straw bedding and hay
- Two hard feeds each day
- Bedding down, including rug changing
- Attendance for farrier and vet visits
- 24 hour supervision
Additional Services
- Alternative bedding and haylage
- Clipping, plaiting, trimming and mane/tail pulling
- Tack cleaning
- Grooming and tacking up
- Supplements and specific diets can be arranged
- Exercise - maintainence or development
- Schooling - flatwork or jumping
Specialist Care
For competition horses, youngstock, hunters and horses needing a more specialised routine, we can provide a complete livery arrangement to include diet, management, training, breaking, development and exercise. Retirement livery is also available.
